maybe you could hit wp_handle_upload_prefilter and recreate the image via PHP gd
Yeah I will probably just have to add that to my theme or write my own little plugin. Was hoping there was something already available. Thanks!
Jason, I prefer to keep all metadata intact but try VA Removing EXIF. Also WP Meta and Date Remover. NOTE: I have not used these.
